Alert! Alert! Hahah. Sometimes a very good student needs to bluff. Nyihihi.
Anyway, last February 26-to-27 I really had a hard time finishing my Nursing Assessment Tool (NAT) since I haven't done the Physical Examination completely. So, to enable to pass a good work I did a little con on my paper, but don't worry it wasn't that very exaggerating. So yun! I submit the paper and still not yet done. hahaha!
